In our search for a future-proof replacement for our previous hotel software, we found Ibelsa. If Ibelsa had been pointed out to us earlier, we would have used the software much sooner (in terms of data backup, multi-user capability, usable from anywhere thanks to the web application “Cloud”, user-friendliness, connections to interfaces, etc…). The support team is excellent. Problems are solved quickly and competently. It is noticeable that they have an open ear for improvements and practice-related change requests are prioritised and integrated into the system over time. In a nutshell.
