happyhotel is a revenue management system with which hotels can always optimally calculate their future prices. A special algorithm is used to calculate the maximum willingness to buy for a room rate at a specific time and the respective demand. This calculation is made per category and room. Thanks to happyhotel’s price suggestions, the hotelier has the opportunity to generate more turnover and profit. Furthermore, happyhotel offers a comprehensive reporting system such as turnover, occupancy, RevPar, ADR as well as bookings received or the periods for which bookings were made using a pick-up calendar. Reports on individual channel analyses and booking curves can be used to show optimization opportunities.
Interface
All past and future data can be transmitted via the interface from happyhotel to ibelsa. This data is relevant for analyzing the most important hotel KPIs and for optimal price calculation. The prices proposed and optimized for the future are returned to ibelsa. Ibelsa in combination with happyhotel enables successful revenue management!
