Is it possible to check in a guest for the previous day?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to check in a guest for the previous day after the close of day has been made.

Tip: You can check the guest in today and add the first night as a product.

Click Add on the top right ‘products:

A new view with your articles and products opens, from which you can now add the desired product from the appropriate department.

Select the product that you wish to book on the guest’s bill. In the bottom line, you can edit the product name and the product price if you have these options allowed in the master data system. Click ‘Apply’ to add the product to be displayed on the guests invoice.

The window closes and the product is booked to the invoice of the guest.
