Search for the guest in the search box on the top left inside the cockpit. The guest will be displayed in the Contacts list, please click on his name. You can now access the corresponding reservation via the sidebar.<\/p>\n<p>Now choose in the sidebar under \u201cReservation\u201d the appropriate reservation period (the one from the no-show) and click it with the left mouse button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ibelsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/How-do-i-create-an-1.png\" alt=\"How-do-i-create-an-1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"513\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The reservation details will now be loaded. You can access the reservation to take a look at it or open via the item \u2018invoice\u2019 the bill.
