I am the Country Sales Manager for the United Kingdom.

I am responsible for both the sales team, as well as the sales strategy for the U.K. market as well as support for hoteliers and partners.

Having started my career in the hotel business, I moved on to the airline sector and eventually to the travel business. After studying economics and tourism I worked in various parts of the world, I have finally settled in Portugal and am thrilled to return to the hotel business again. I am really enthusiastic about my new job as there are still many hotels, B&B’s and self-catering accommodations that up-to now have been unable to join the IT movement, but see the possibilities and chances it offers. 

and I live with my family in Portugal. As ibelsa’s Country Sales Manager for all Portuguese speaking countries, I am responsible for the management and the coordination of our sales team.  I am also in charge for the support of all Portuguese speaking customers and pleased to answer to all kind of inquiries.

and I am the ibelsa.rooms Language & Product Manager for all English and Portuguese speaking countries. I am responsible for the program translation, website and marketing material into both English and Portuguese. Along with handling the marketing for ibelsa , I am head of the Support and Training department, and the main contact for both potential and existing hotel partners and pro partners.

Having initially come from a medical background, I entered the tourism industry in 1999, as a tour guide for one of Europe’s largest travel agencies.

I am from Tuscany and have lived in Germany for the past six years. As a language Manager I am responsible for the entire Italian speaking market. In addition, I lead as a Product & Country Sales Manager, our sales team in Italy, San Marino and Ticino, Switzerland.

For ibelsa I make translations into my mother tongue Italian and maintain them for: marketing materials, applications and for support documents. I am responsible for the support of the Italian customers and pleased to answer to all kind of inquiries. I am also in charge for trainings, management and coordination of the Italian sales team.

I have been the Product Manager at ibelsa.rooms since the company’s inception.
 
I act as an “interface” between the programmers and our customers, passing on ideas and suggestions
to the development department, and providing help and advice to our clients via the Training Center and Customer Support.
My career has taken me from the hotel reception to hands on involvement in hospitality management software training and installation.
I’m very proud of ibelsa.rooms software, and I look forward to continuing as an active member of the team and developing the product further.
